Caroline Johnson

An expert at organizational culture and social capital, Caroline works with leaders, their teams and their organizations to create and lead the most effective and powerful leadership acceleration program in the world.

Caroline began her military career at the United States Naval Academy joining the elite Naval Aviation community. She was awarded her wings of gold and designated a Naval Flight Officer, more specifically an F/A-18 Weapons Systems Officer. Finishing at the top of her class she was awarded the Paul F. Lawrence award as the #1 strike fighter graduate and recognized as the overall Top Graduate.

Caroline flew in F/A-18 Super Hornets as a member of VFA-213 the World Famous Fighting Blacklions and she embarked on 9 month deployment on the USS George H.W. Bush. On her historic deployment, Caroline and the Blacklions flew in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Inherent Resolve seeing action in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria. Her squadron employed the first weapons on ISIS in Iraq, conducted the first ever US strikes into Syria, and Caroline was the first woman to neutralize ISIS from the backseat of an F/A-18. At the Blacklions, Caroline completed her SFWT level II, III, and IV qualifications, she earned her Combat Mission Commander designation. Caroline returned to teach at the United States Naval Academy.

Caroline holds MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, MA in Administrative Leadership from University of Oklahoma (graduated with honors), and BSc in Economics from the United States Naval Academy.

She helps managers and executives sustain peak performance by ensuring they have the necessary training and preparation to operate at full capacity under pressure. She has spent her career helping leaders perform their best through her work as an executive coach and through her time at various high-growth startups, including Lyft, Ford Smart Mobility (Spin Scooters), and Abnormal Security.  

Sarah holds MBA from the Darden School of Business and BA in Psychology and American Studies from Yale.
